Terms governing your use of Find Your Fellow

Effective Date: January 15, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of Find Your Fellow. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Find Your Fellow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. User Accounts & Age Requirement

You're responsible for your account security and all activities under it. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. Users under 16 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or participating in events.

3. User Content

You own your content but grant us license to display it. You're responsible for your content. No illegal material, hate speech, harassment, spam, or copyright violations.

4. Event Creation & Platform Liability

Event organizers ensure accuracy and honor commitments. Find Your Fellow is ONLY a mediator platform to connect people. We are NOT responsible for anything that happens during events, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, losses, disputes, or any other incidents. Your personal safety and security are YOUR responsibility. Always meet in public places and take necessary precautions. Comply with all laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Don't use for illegal purposes, impersonate others, harass users, access unauthorized areas, distribute malware, scrape data, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms. You can delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Find Your Fellow and protected by law. Don't copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Platform provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. IMPORTANT: Find Your Fellow acts solely as a connection platform. We are NOT responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, property damage, theft, harassment, or any other harm that may occur during events. Users participate at their own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and security. Take all necessary precautions when meeting strangers. Our liability is limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You indemnify Find Your Fellow from claims arising from your use, violations, or infringement of third-party rights, including legal fees.

10. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration where allowed. No class actions. File disputes within one year.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Legal actions must be brought in courts of Butwal, Nepal.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms anytime. We'll update the date and notify you. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the platform.
